Psycodrummers is a musical project that explores the possibilities of industrial percussion in an unconventional way, building live performances of strong emotional impact, where the power of the drums mixes with the punctuality of the choreography. The group – formed in 2015 in Italy, composed of eleven percussionists – is inspired by African tradition and the universe of world music but opens up to the most diverse contaminations, from funky to electronic, to develop energetic performances with a tribal flavor and at the same time decidedly contemporary. The instruments used were built by the musicians themselves, recovering plastic waste, tanks of different sizes and dimensions. Songs and choreographies are original creations
